Conscious Community workshops - recover from the toxic norm!
We are looking for local people who are willing to share their experiences and stories about what worked for you and how you have recovered from a life or health challenge, shock, trauma or addiction that has impacted on both your mental and physical wellbeing. We are interested in your unique prescription for recovery - it could be anything from writing poetry, painting, photography, walking, playing an instrument, singing, drumming or wild swimming. Come and meet with others on their own recovery journey to meet new people and find out what has worked for them. In two free up and coming workshops in the beautiful Manor House in Dawlish, we offer a safe space to explore what helps us all to move from surviving to thriving. Working together, we can create a shared resource of recovery tools and activities to help others on their journey to recovery. Expenses for travel will be paid, parking is free and refreshments will be available in this truly magical and supportive space.
Spaces are limited so please call to book and if you can't make either of these events and are bursting to share your story then please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Our thanks go to Recovery Devon who have funded these workshops. We have two workshops in Dawlish (we may run more) - one on Friday 22nd June at 2pm and another on Tuesday 26th June at 7:30pm at the Manor House, Dawlish, EX7 9AP.
Here is our flyer with contact details - please do let either myself - Julie (07976 646392) or Donna (07512652265) that you are coming along - call or text.
